Even if you never come to the hotels to use the hotel voucher, you have both a

voucher  and a raffle ticket. 

So you just wait until the ten winning numbers  have been drawn.

If you've won, great, you have a new house or studio.

If you haven't won, you still have your hotel voucher  and you can

get back cash for your voucher by selling it. It's good for five years and
