Step one is that you acquire a hotel voucher – or several – good for use in our hotels.
Each voucher has a unique raffle number. Only 33,333 of them will be issued.
If you stay in our hotels, you get your money back on your vouchers, but your personal voucher number still takes part in all the raffles.
You may visit our hotels either before or after the raffle draws to use your voucher and get your money back.
There will be ten draws for the ten houses and studios. Your number will be drawn in each round and may win a house worth 400,000 euros (£350,000 or $575,000).
It's that simple.
But what makes this offer really special is that you can take part in the raffles even if you never visit our hotels.
You invest in a voucher and then wait until the draws take place.
If you've won, you can choose to keep and enjoy your new home, sell it for cash, or rent it for up to 30,000 euros per season – £26,000 or $43,000.
If you haven't won, you can sell your voucher to get money back on it.
It's worth its face value until 2013, redeemable in our hotels. You could sell it to a travel agent.
Twelve million visitors come to our island every year, several thousand of them to our hotels, so selling a voucher is easy.
You might even give it away as a gift.
Whatever you do with it, it will have value until its expiry date in 2013.
That's what makes this a "no-brainer" proposition. Your investment isn't at risk.
Unlike ordinary raffles where your money is gone forever once the draws
take place.
Your odds of winning are 1 in 3,333 – astonishingly good odds for a lottery.
In fact, those odds are 42,000 times better than the various government lotteries,
with odds of winning of only 1 in 14,000,000.
There are no strings, no catches – ten winners will get a key and a deed and
that's it.
